Outlook 2016

  • Go to Control Panel, click on Programs, followed by Programs and Features
  • Select your Microsoft Office program (for e.g.: Microsoft Office 2016) and hit on Change
  • Select Online Repair, and then click Repair and follow the instructions to complete the process

Outlook 2013

  • Open Control Panel on your computer
  • Click on Programs, then Programs and Features
  • Select Microsoft Office 2013 from the list, and highlight it
  • Click on Change
  • Now select Repair, and Continue
  • Once repair process is completed, try to sync again
